Lenormand Cards provides a 36-card reference, learning guides, browser-based practice, and rule-based card interpretations. It is an independent learning and entertainment resource. Interpretations may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee future events or any particular result. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Use the service only if you are at least 18. You are responsible for your decisions and for complying with applicable laws. No human consultation, physical delivery, or personalized AI consultation is included in the free practice tool.

Provide an accurate, accessible email address and protect your login credentials. Access only your own account and records. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, access another person’s data, bypass access controls, interfere with service security, or make abusive automated requests.

All card meanings, combinations, and rule-based spread readings are free (US$0), with no membership, payment, or daily commercial quota required. Visitors can use them without signing in. Sign-in is used to access your account history. Browser-only practice does not create account reading history.

Only personalized AI readings will require payment, through planned one-time credits with no automatic renewal. AI readings and credit purchases are not yet available. Prices, included credits, consumption, expiry, and refund rules will be published before purchase opens. Free rule-based readings do not include personalized AI consultation.

New subscriptions are closed. For existing customers only, the legacy membership catalog lists US$3.99 per month or US$29.99 per year. Monthly subscriptions renew and charge monthly; annual subscriptions charge once per year and renew annually unless canceled before the next charge. Existing billing arrangements are not canceled automatically by a change to this website. See Pricing and Refunds & Cancellation for details. Taxes or other applicable charges must be shown before payment confirmation.

Only purchase a product when its amount, currency, billing model, included usage, and legal links are displayed before payment. A hosted payment provider processes payment details; this site does not store your full card number. Test payments do not provide production membership or credits.

The Refunds & Cancellation policy forms part of these terms. For existing subscriptions, the first payment is eligible for a full refund requested within seven calendar days. Accidental renewal requests are eligible within 48 hours if the new billing period’s benefits have not been used. Duplicate charges, missing purchased access, and service delivery failures are reviewed separately. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancel a legacy subscription through the account billing portal or contact support if the portal is unavailable. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally preserves access through the paid period. It does not itself request a refund.

Depending on the nature and severity of misuse, we may warn you, restrict affected features, suspend access, or terminate your account. Serious security risks or repeated violations may require immediate action. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and scope by account email.

You may appeal by emailing support with your account email, the notice you received, and the reason for your appeal. Suspension does not remove mandatory refund or data protection rights. Undelivered services are handled under the refund policy and applicable law.

You retain your rights in questions you submit and must have permission to submit them. You allow us to process them only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service. Our original interface, illustrations, and editorial content remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Public access does not grant a commercial reproduction license.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free interpretations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on symbolic readings as factual predictions or professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update the service or these terms for maintenance, safety, or product changes. Updates appear on this page, with additional notice where required by law. Contact support about account, billing, policy, or data questions.
